Arthur Rutenberg Homes is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales with a leader in custom home construction. We are looking for an individual who will support our new home sales team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Primary Focus:
Drive qualified traffic to model home. This is the goal – getting prospective buyers to visit model home so we can engage them in the home building process.
Responsibilities:
– Lead generation – through creative marketing and building relationships within community (ie. Realtors) and networking to bring customers to the model
– Lead lot buyer outreach program.
– Assist the sales team in sales process.
– Engage with prospective clients and provide detailed information about our custom and luxury homes.
– Assist in keeping customer databases updated
– Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented
– Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
– A keen interest in custom and luxury homes.
– Experience in retail sales or a construction office is preferred but not required. Talent, sales aptitude, energy, and a proven track record of success in past positions will be given priority.
– A self-starter
Compensation:
– Compensation is based on a $3500/month draw against sales team commissions. Commissions are split 70/30 with lead Sales Consultant. 2.25% of contract price.
