We are currently seeking an individual looking to take that next step in advancing their career path by accepting the engaging and fulfilling role as an Executive Assistant in our Panama City, Florida office location. This position will work with and directly report to the Shareholder who manages this office. In this highly-trusted role, the Executive Assistant will assist the Shareholder with a variety of tasks and projects including internal and client focused.

The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely detail-oriented, organized, friendly and personable, technology savvy, possess excellent communications skills, have the ability to interact professionally inside and outside the firm, and have excellent critical thinking and customer service skills. Additionally, the individual will possess exceptional time management skills, is great at multitasking, is able to set priorities, anticipate pitfalls, is a great planner, has a high sense of urgency, and can manage schedules.

*This is an in-person, working in the office position.

• You have an Associates Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• You have at least five years of professional administrative experience (can include office management, paralegal, administrative assistant, executive assistant)
• You are knowledgeable with a variety of computer software applications utilized in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentations (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• You have a strong familiarity with the Internet and doing effective searches
• You are computer savvy and have a high proficiency in Microsoft office
• You are experienced with using office equipment including computers, printers, copiers, and scanners
• You are great with adapting to new situations and technologies
• You can type a minimum of 50 WPM

Essential Job Functions:
• Provide direct assistance to Shareholder (and other members of the team as needed)
• Manage special projects
• Assist with scheduling of client workflow
• Work directly with the client with electronic delivery system
• Lead technology interface between office and clients
• Assist with E-filling of tax returns and quarterly payments
• Prepare draft letters and other forms of communication
• Representing THF in the community to build positive brand awareness
