Since 1913, the Bay County Chamber of Commerce has brought businesses, leaders, and community partners together to strengthen Bay County and create opportunities for the people and businesses that call it home.
Serving Callaway, Lynn Haven, Mexico Beach, Panama City, Panama City Beach, Parker, Springfield, and unincorporated Bay County, the Chamber represents businesses of all sizes and across industries. Through connection, advocacy, leadership development, business visibility, and strategic partnerships, we work to create an environment where businesses can grow, people can prosper, and our community can move forward.
Our longstanding relationships with local military installations and community partners further strengthen our ability to connect the business community with the people, resources, and conversations shaping Bay County's future.

Connect Business
Strong communities are built on strong relationships. The Chamber creates opportunities for businesses, professionals, community leaders, and partners to connect, build relationships, exchange ideas, and discover opportunities to work together.
Champion Business
The Chamber serves as a voice for Bay County's business community by monitoring issues that affect businesses, keeping members informed, creating opportunities for meaningful dialogue, and advocating on issues that support a strong business environment.

How We Operate
The Bay County Chamber of Commerce is an independent, member-owned organization governed by a Board of Directors and managed by a professional staff. We are not a government agency or a division of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce or Florida Chamber of Commerce.
Our membership reflects the businesses that power Bay County's economy—from small businesses and entrepreneurs to major employers and regional institutions. This diverse membership helps ensure that the needs, experiences, and perspectives of the local business community remain at the center of our work.
Our Impact
For more than a century, the Bay County Chamber of Commerce has worked alongside its members and community partners to build a better Bay.
That legacy includes involvement in initiatives that have shaped our community, including support for the Panama City Bed Tax, advocacy for local infrastructure investment, helping secure Bay County's designation as a Coast Guard Community, and continued support of efforts that protect and strengthen the region's military presence.
Our work continues today. Each year, the Chamber works with its members and partners to address business priorities, strengthen connections, develop leaders, share information, advocate for the business community, and pursue opportunities that move Bay County forward.
