Leadership Begins With Opportunity
Developing People. Connecting Communities. Inspiring Action.
Leadership is not defined by a title. It begins with understanding your community, recognizing opportunities to make a difference, and taking action.

- Strengthen leadership, communication, and professional skills.
- Gain insight into Bay County's businesses, institutions, and community priorities.
- Build relationships with peers and established community leaders.
- Explore opportunities for service and civic involvement.
- Develop knowledge and perspectives that support personal and professional growth.
These experiences help prepare individuals to contribute to the future of Bay County.

Bay Young Professionals
Connect. Develop. Serve. Lead.
Created by the Leadership Bay Class of 2006, Bay Young Professionals (BYP) brings together young professionals ages 21–40 who want to build meaningful relationships, develop personally and professionally, and make an impact in Bay County.

Whether participants are beginning their careers, growing their businesses, or looking for ways to become more connected, BYP provides a welcoming community where they can find their people and discover their potential.
Continuing Education & Seminars
Knowledge That Supports Growth.
Professional development doesn't end with formal education.
Through continuing education seminars and learning opportunities, the Chamber connects business owners, employees, managers, and emerging professionals with information and practical skills relevant to today's business environment.
From professional development to emerging business topics, these programs encourage continued learning and help participants adapt, grow, and succeed.
Supporting Leadership Through Service
