Bay Young Professionals
Connect. Develop. Serve. Lead.
Bay Young Professionals is dedicated to connecting, empowering, and developing the next generation of emerging leaders through professional development, networking, leadership opportunities, and community involvement. We bridge ambitious professionals with established leaders and equip our members with the tools to advance their careers and turn shared ambition into lasting local impact.
Find Your People. Find Your Place.
A Community for Bay County's Young Professionals.
Your career is only one part of your story. The relationships you build, the community you become part of, and the difference you make are just as important.
Bay Young Professionals (BYP), a program of the Bay County Chamber Foundation, brings together young professionals ages 21–40 who want to connect, develop, serve, and lead.
Whether you're starting your career, growing a business, new to Bay County, or simply looking to meet people who share your interests and ambitions, BYP offers opportunities to build meaningful friendships, expand your professional network, and become more involved in the community.
You don't need to be an executive, business owner, or established leader to belong. And you certainly don't need to know anyone before you show up.
All you need is a willingness to connect, contribute, and grow.
Because BYP is more than a networking group. It's a community where you can find your people, discover your potential, and help shape the future of Bay County.
Four Ways to Make an Impact
Connect. Develop. Serve. Lead.
Everything BYP does is guided by four pillars that bring people together and create opportunities for personal, professional, and community growth.
