Guardian Help is the developer of the OnGuardHelp app, and is a mobile personal safety system for smartphone users. Services range from roadside assistance, to the most critical life threatening emergencies. Comprised of five emergency buttons, each is tailored to specific degrees of emergency.
Smartphone users can customize up to sixteen personal response numbers. Those response numbers allow the mobile user to send real time GPS location text messages for non-life threatening situations.
A 911 button is included.
The OnGuard Talk and OnGuard Silent buttons are designed for critical emergencies.
OnGuard Talk provides the ability to communicate with a live OnGuardHelp agent 24/7, who can activate emergency assistance with any first responder. Or, the user may simply request “follow me” service until they feel safe while walking to their car.
OnGuard Silent is designed for the critical life threatening situations, where the user fears for her/his life. The perpetrator is not made aware that an emergency call has been activated. The OnGuardHelp live agent will not speak, but can hear all conversations. The agent immediately activates a call to law enforcement providing real time mobile GPS tracking information. Our agent will stay in contact with law enforcement until they reach the scene of the emergency. This is the only silent mobile emergency button on the market.
