As an official representative group of the Chamber, the Ambassadors serve as a welcoming presence for new and existing members, celebrate business milestones, and strengthen connections throughout Bay County's business community.

Ambassadors contribute to the Chamber's mission through several important activities.
Welcome New Members
Ambassadors help introduce new businesses to the Chamber community through new-member outreach, welcome bag delivery, and member adoption assignments.
These activities help establish personal connections and encourage new members to become actively involved in Chamber programs, events, and opportunities.
Celebrate Business Milestones
Ambassadors represent the Chamber at ribbon cuttings, grand openings, and other business ceremonies throughout Bay County.
Their participation helps recognize important milestones, welcome businesses into the community, and demonstrate the Chamber's support for local commerce.
Support Chamber Events
Ambassadors participate in Chamber events and networking opportunities, including First Friday and Business After Hours.

Recognize Business Investment
Through the Apple of Our Eye Awards program, Ambassadors help recognize businesses that contribute to Bay County's growth and appearance through new construction and renovation projects.

Ambassador Membership & Participation
An Opportunity to Serve. A Commitment to Represent.
The Ambassador program is designed for Chamber members who are enthusiastic about building relationships, supporting local businesses, and representing the Bay County Chamber of Commerce.
Ambassadors are expected to maintain active participation and uphold the professional standards of the organization.
Program Requirements
Current Chamber Membership
Applicants must be current members of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce.
Active Participation
Ambassadors are expected to maintain at least 70% attendance each quarter at qualifying Ambassador activities.
Ambassador Meetings
Members participate in monthly Ambassador meetings to stay informed, coordinate activities, and strengthen committee relationships.
Annual Activity Fee
A $35 annual activity fee is required and must be paid before joining the program.
Professional Representation
Ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and follow the Ambassador Agreement and Code of Conduct while representing the Chamber.
New-Member Engagement
Eligible Ambassadors participate in new-member welcome bag delivery and member adoption assignments as outlined in the program agreement.
Continued Commitment
Ambassadors are expected to remain engaged throughout the year and fulfill the responsibilities associated with their role.
