Telephone Service Representative – Full Job Description

Hello Credit Union is searching for a detail-oriented and customer service driven telephone service representative to join our team. This position will play a vital role in providing fast and friendly transactions to customers via phone and online. This position will also answer members’ questions regarding Credit Union services and actively cross-sell other products and services. Telephone Service Representative – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary incoming phone call service (balances, password resets, transfers, etc.)
  • Managing incoming online banking messages
  • Sorting incoming mail
  • Escalating issues regarding Zelle and Bill Pay
  • Processing payments by phone (Rise)
  • Promoting the credit union’s products and services
  • Keeping customers’ personal information confidential
  • Communicating with other credit union team members

Telephone Service Representative – Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • 8 hour shift
