Telephone Service Representative – Full Job Description
Hello Credit Union is searching for a detail-oriented and customer service driven telephone service representative to join our team. This position will play a vital role in providing fast and friendly transactions to customers via phone and online. This position will also answer members’ questions regarding Credit Union services and actively cross-sell other products and services. Telephone Service Representative – Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary incoming phone call service (balances, password resets, transfers, etc.)
- Managing incoming online banking messages
- Sorting incoming mail
- Escalating issues regarding Zelle and Bill Pay
- Processing payments by phone (Rise)
- Promoting the credit union’s products and services
- Keeping customers’ personal information confidential
- Communicating with other credit union team members
Telephone Service Representative – Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
