RV Connections is looking to add a new reliable, ambitious team member to our growing dealership. We are seeking a Service Manager professional that is energetic, optimistic and has a real interest in establishing a career with a progressive organization.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Previous RV experience preferred: not required- – Experience with management and service processes – Ability to read, write & comprehend English- Ability to clearly communicate with people verbally- Detail oriented. Experience in management or similar. Must keep a clean working area.- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record required
Plan, develop, and direct daily operations.
Forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit; and ensure compliance with established budget.
Schedule, supervise, and participate in the operational duties specific to the unit.
Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, review, and direct the unit’s management and staff.
Schedule and run daily/weekly operational meetings with staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Establish and implement loss prevention procedures.
Assist in daily task as needed within the shop and schedule workflow for daily operation.
Maintain accounting records, daily reporting requirement, and cash control.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain and ensure safe facility environment including standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit’s equipment, inventory, housekeeping, sanitation, cash control, dress, and employee hygiene. Notify District Manager of all unusual events, circumstances, or other safety or quality control issues.
Act as Company’s point of contact with client. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. Maintain and enhance the company’s image when interacting with clients, guests, associates, and vendors.
Maintain awareness of safety issues, and report them immediately.
Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational/sequencing skills Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures and policies of the Parts/Service Department

Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds- Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push and pull- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time- Ability and willingness to work in excess of 40 hours a week with flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed-

Store hours: Mon – Sat: 8am to 6pm
