Latitude Margaritaville Watersound presents Music Fest!

Want to sample the Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle? The public will have a rare opportunity to do just that on Sunday, May 5, from 12 to 4 p.m., at the Latitude Margaritaville Watersound Music Fest.
The fun starts at the Latitude Margaritaville Watersound sales center with a tour of 13 furnished island-style model homes, steel drum music, stilt walkers, games and refreshments. A shuttle bus will take guests to the Latitude Town Square for Music Fest. There will be two live concerts by Sugar Vibe and Zac Brown Tribute Band, as well as a DJ to keep the music going between sets. There will be tours and complimentary massages at the Fins Up! Fitness Center, lawn games, giveaways and an opportunity to purchase Margaritaville-inspired food and drinks at the Latitude Bar & Chill and multiple pop-up stations throughout Town Square.
Guests will be able to tour additional Latitude Town Square amenities including the Paradise Pool, situated along the Intracoastal Waterway, plus tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts, Port of Indecision Kayak Launch and Barkaritaville Dog Park. Phase two amenities will be under construction soon and include a Workin’ N’ Playin’ Center with Coconut Telegraph Business Center, Arts & Crafts room, Clayground pottery studio and the Last Mango Theater.
Four distinct home collections are available at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound — the Conch Cottage Collection, the Caribbean Villas Collection, and the Beach and Island Collections of single-family homes. Floor plans range from approximately 1,204 to 2,564 a/c square feet and prices start from the $300s. Minto is introducing the new Vista Collection of two-story, single-family homes located on just 24 prime homesites overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Vista Collection floor plans range from 3,085 to 3,788 a/c square feet.
