The Wound Care Center at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay will now have a full-time dedicated provider for inpatient and outpatient wound care needs. Dr. William Lucky will be providing outpatient treatment at the wound care center located at 615 N. Bonita Avenue in Panama City. He joins nurse practitioner Frances Vitalis.
The Wound Care Center at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay is operated by our partner Healogics, Inc. It is located next to the main entrance of the hospital with dedicated parking for patients. To schedule an appointment call 850-804-6591.

Dr. Lucky is a board certified Certified Wound Care Specialist by the American Board of Wound Management and Wound Care Certified by the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy. He is also certified in hyperbaric medicine. Dr. Lucky has more than 20 years of experience in wound care. Dr. Lucky earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He also has a doctorate in organic chemistry from Arizona State University. Dr. Lucky comes to the Wound Care Center at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay from North Okaloosa Wound Healing Center. Before becoming a wound care specialist, Dr. Lucky spent many years as an OB/GYN.
