2022 Annual Dinner & Awards Ceremony

The purpose of the 2022 Annual Dinner is to celebrate the Chamber’s successes and recognize outstanding individuals, as well as our incoming and retiring Chairmen of the Board of Directors. More then 650 attendees—including community leaders and elected officials—gather to enjoy a reception, silent auction, dinner and networking. The following sponsorship opportunities are available:

Presenting Sponsor – $10,000

By becoming a Presenting Sponsor, you will receive the following:

  • Full-page ad in four issues of the Bay Biz Magazine
  • Banner and column ad on all pages of the Chamber website for one year
  • Ad in all eBiz Newsletters for one year
  • Set of Chamber membership mailing labels each quarter in 2022
  • Dinner for twelve with two drink tickets each
  • Four bottles of House Wine at table
  • Gold Sponsorship benefits

Platinum Sponsor – $3,000

By becoming a Platinum Sponsor, you will receive the following:

  • Banner and column ad on ten pages of the Chamber website for one year
  • Six business card ads in the eBiz Newsletter
  • Set of Chamber membership mailing labels
  • Gold Sponsorship benefits

Gold Sponsor – $2,250

By becoming a Gold Sponsor, you will receive the following:

  • Company name recognition during program
  • Premium table placement
  • Dinner for ten with two drink tickets each
  • Company name or logo included on the following
    • Invitations emailed to membership
    • Electronic promotions of event
    • Chamber website promotions
    • Slideshow shown throughout the evening
    • Dinner program placed at all seats
    • Reserved table sign

Table Sponsor

By becoming a Table Sponsor, you will receive the following:

  • Reserved table with company sign
  • Dinner and two complementary drink tickets for each person at your table
  • Company name listed on program placed at all seats

The price of a table with eight seats is $1,250; the price of a table with ten seats is $1,450.

Individual Tickets – $100

Individuals will receive dinner with two complementary drinks.

Please note: All advertisements must be used by 12/31/22. Cancellations after 1/11/21 will be invoiced.

Junior Leadership Bay Silent Auction

During the course of the evening, a silent auction will be taking place to raise money for our Junior Leadership Bay Program. Guests are encouraged to order wine before the event to avoid wait times. The following options are available:
