Bayway Buses are Now A Safe Place for Bay County Youth

community announcement, Community News

Bayway is excited to announce that we have officially partnered with Safe Place, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and resources for young people facing difficult situations. Teens in need of safety and support have a Safe Place on board Bayway buses.

Young people under the age of 18 can look for the yellow and black Safe Place sign on Bayway buses and know they have a place to seek assistance, protection, and guidance when they find themselves in a crisis. This program, offered by the Children’s Home Society of Florida, ensures that trained shelter counselors will assist youths who seek refuge in a Safe Place.   We are proud to provide a Safe Place for teens aboard our buses and to strengthen the safety net for Bay County’s youth.
