Thriving with Diabetes Class

This 4 class series is ideal for people with diabetes who are struggling with their weight and keeping their glucose at a safe level. In small in- person group sessions you will learn to make realistic lifestyle changes so that you have more energy, lose weight, and have your numbers in range. Topics include the best nutrition strategies (it’s not as hard as you think), when to monitor glucose and what to do with the results, and how to prevent complications. Class includes hands on practice, accountability and ongoing support. Have all your questions answered by a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes educator with 20+ years experience.
